It took three orders for this golf cart.
My husband had one and loved it so when I shopped for one I looked on Amazon. Since I am a prime member it was free shipping; otherwise I may have not bothered. The first one came in missing the cover for the card holder; which Amazon could not just ship to me, so a return label was issued and a new one sent. The second one received had mismatched battery connectors. The third came in fine. Amazon was great; sending return labels and shipping out the new one even before I had returned the item. Now, I love this cart also! Makes quite a difference going up hills on the course etc.
