Question by Blowfish: Electric grill recipes same as BBQ recipes?
I recently purchased the Char-Broil Patio Caddy, an electric grill. I am looking for some Weight Watchers friendly recipes (grilled veggies, fish…). Do I cook the food the same as regular gas grill???

For items that are grilled then eaten, yes, its’ the same.
If you are trying to smoke on your gas grill, then no, times vary from charcoal to gas.

You can use the same ingredients as you would on a charcoal grill. the taste wont be the same as it would be on charchoal but it will still be good. Try adding some mesquite and bbq seasoning to your fish.
Its the same as grilling. I used one for years when it was my Children and I alone.
